Privacy Policy

We collect account data (name and email) and the content you create in your workspace: businesses, meetings, notes, tasks and their steps, contacts and companies, deals and activity history. We also keep basic operational records such as sign-in times for security.

Your data is used solely to run your workspace: showing your calendar, tasks and notes, and sending only what you ask to be sent. We do not sell your data, do not share it for marketing, and do not use your content to train AI models.

We use a hosting and database provider to store your data, and an email provider for account messages (sign-up confirmation and password reset). If you choose to connect a Microsoft or Google calendar, we access your calendar only with the permissions you approve. If you send SMS, messages are delivered through Notifyzo.

You can delete any item inside the app at any time. On account closure your data is deleted within 30 days. To request a copy of your data or full deletion, write to us from the email registered on your account.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is enforced by row-level security policies so each account can only reach its own data.
