Terms of Service

EnmaTask is a SaaS platform wholly owned and operated by Interactive Transformation Establishment, letting you organise your businesses, meetings, notes, tasks, contacts and deals in one place.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity in your account. You must be 18 or older to use the service.

When you send SMS or follow-up email through the service, you confirm you have explicit consent from recipients and comply with Saudi CST regulations and anti-spam rules. Delivery is handled by Notifyzo under its own terms.

The service may not be used for fraudulent, misleading or unlawful content, nor to attack the platform or reach other accounts' data. We may suspend an account immediately on violation.

The service is free during early access. Before any paid plan starts we will notify you in advance, and you remain free to stop using the service and export your data.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but it is provided as is without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amounts paid in the last 12 months.

You may close your account at any time. On closure your data is deleted within 30 days as described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
